  End-to-end testing of document uploads and APIs in Postman against the source files; accuracy checked by hand; defects and user stories in Jira.

  Tracing platform failures through application and server logs, often overnight during releases; fixing connectivity problems on model servers.

  Stage 3: Platform, infrastructure and AI
  User access in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and AWS; cloud and GPU servers on Azure, Google Cloud and Akamai; CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Docker, deploying containers to VMs; prompt engineering, model evaluation, RAG and the React/Next.js review screen.
Working closely with my teammates and a senior engineer, I learned to explain each problem clearly: what broke, what I checked and what fixed it.
